How Do I Create an Account?
Click the 1red sign up button in the menu on the left, fill out the registration form, and confirm your email address. Once you’ve done that, you can start playing. Don’t forget to verify your account before requesting your first withdrawal.
Can I Have More Than One Account?
No. In accordance with the casino’s Terms and Conditions, each player is permitted to have only one account.
How Do I Verify My Account?
Go to your profile, open the “Profile” tab, then click “Verification” and upload the required documents to the appropriate fields. Files must not exceed 2 MB in size and must be in jpg, png, or pdf format. The verification process will begin after you upload the documents, but you can continue playing in the meantime.
Can I Temporarily Close My Account?
Yes. You can set a self-exclusion period directly in your profile, or contact customer support and ask them to suspend your account for a specific period.

What Currencies Are Accepted?

How Do I Make a Deposit?
Click “Deposit” in the menu on the left, select a payment method, enter the amount, and fill in the required fields. If you have a bonus code, you can enter it at this stage. New players receive a promo code for a welcome bonus.
Are There Minimum and Maximum Payment Limits?

How Long Does a Withdrawal Take?
Withdrawal requests are processed within 48 hours. The total withdrawal time depends on the payment method you select. Before submitting your request, you can check the estimated processing times in the “Wallet” section.

What Does Wagering Mean?
A wagering requirement means that you must place bets totaling a certain amount before the bonus or winnings become available for withdrawal. For example, a €10 bonus with an x3 wager requires €30 in total bets before you can cash out. The wagering requirements for each promotion are listed on the “Bonus Terms and Conditions” page. The deposit wagering requirement is set at x3.
