How to Request Self-Exclusion
If you feel you have lost control of your gambling, contact our Customer Support team at [email protected] from your registered email address. Let us know whether you want to pause your activity for a set period or stop permanently.
Once your request is processed, your 1RED account will be disabled immediately and you will be removed from all promotional offers for the duration of the exclusion.
Please note that self-exclusion requests sent via live chat will not be processed. A support agent will redirect you to the correct email channel.
Exclusion Period Options
You can choose one of the following self-exclusion periods:
- 6 months;
- 9 months;
- 1 year.
During the active exclusion period, you will not be able to deposit or withdraw funds. Once the period expires, your account will be reactivated automatically.
Linked Accounts
When a self-exclusion is applied, it covers your account and any linked accounts. Linked accounts include those connected through the same household, shared devices, email addresses, payment details, IP addresses, or shared environments such as universities, libraries, workplaces, and similar settings.
